VNPAY PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers use the card/bank account, the built-in QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature on the bank’s Mobile Banking application or the linked e-wallet to pay for the transaction and enter the discount code (if any).

Payment methods via VNPAY

1. Payment method via “Payment app that supports VNPAY-QR”

Step 1: You choose a product or service and choose Pay Now or Place an Order
At the checkout page, please check the ordered product, fill in Complete consignee information, select VNPAY payment method and press the button “Order now”.
Step 2: The payment screen switches to VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the method “Payment app supports VNPAY-QR”

Step 3: The system displays a QR code with the amount to be paid, please check this amount. Using the banking application (listed), select “Scan Code” and proceed to scan the QR code on the website payment screen

*Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes
For a successful payment process, please refer to the conditions and scan the above code in advance. phone to be ready, avoiding timeout issues affecting your payment and promotional codes.

Step 4: Check the information, enter the discount code (if any) and complete the payment
When the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation message. Receive orders successfully at website

2. Payment method via “Domestic card and bank account”

Step 1: You select a product or service and select Pay Now or Place an Order
At the checkout page, please check the ordered product again, fill in the details. complete consignee information, choose VNPAY payment method and press the button “Place Order Now”.

Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the method “Domestic card and bank account” and select the bank you want to pay the card from the list

Step 3: Please enter the required card/account information and select “Continue”. OTP code will be sent to the registered phone, enter the OTP code to complete the transaction

*Note: The transaction will expire in 15 minutes

Step 4: When the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation of successful order at the website
